For this once-a-year concert Suzuki violin, viola and cello students from all over Orange County come together and play selected repertoire in concert.
The Festival provides Suzuki families with students of all ages and levels with the opportunity to perform together in a welcoming and supportive environment.
This concert is often called a play-down because it start with the most advanced piece and adds students on stage for each piece as they work their way to the beginning – Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. By the time the Twinkle Variations are reached, every child is on stage performing.

Our Suzuki Chapter has traditionally offered teacher training and student group and master classes once every two years.
Student Workshops offer opportunities to participate in master classes and group classes with outstanding Suzuki educators in Southern California, often
including a nationally recognized Suzuki clinician.

Week-long Suzuki Summer Institutes provide opportunities for students, teacher
and families to participate in Suzuki classes (individual and group), Chamber Music,
Enrichment courses, and concerts that motivate and inspire.
Institutes are a great time for meeting new friends and old friends, learning from
inspiring teachers, and growing and sharing your musical ability!
